1. Engagement
By purchasing any program, membership, or service from Bartu NSR Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your purchase forms a legally binding contract between you and Bartu NSR Method, Switzerland.
2. Nature of Services
Bartu NSR Academy provides educational online training and bi-monthly live group calls via Zoom (or similar platforms).
We do not provide medical advice, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or 1:1 coaching unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Payments
All purchases require full upfront payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment processing fees may apply depending on payment method.
4. 14-Day Refund Policy
You are entitled to a 100% refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
Feedback Call (Service Improvement)
After submitting your refund request, we may invite you to participate in a short call or provide written feedback explaining your motivation for the refund. This is solely to improve our services.
This feedback process does not remove your 14-day refund right if requested within the timeframe.
5. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical techniques, demonstrations, or practical application carries inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for:
- Your participation
- Your physical condition
- Any injuries or damages resulting from participation
6. No Liability for Injuries (Including Professional Practice)
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law:
Bartu NSR Academy and Bartu NSR Method are not liable for:
- Any injuries sustained during participation
- Any injuries occurring during live calls
- Any damages arising from implementation of training materials
- Any patient/client outcomes resulting from techniques learned
If you are a therapist or professional, you are solely responsible for:
- Clinical decision-making
- Informed consent
- Scope of practice compliance
- Professional insurance coverage
7. Online Call Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Injuries occurring during live calls
- Participant interactions
- Technical failures
- Internet connectivity issues
- Third-party platform malfunctions
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bartu NSR Method and Bartu NSR Academy from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
- Your participation
- Your professional application of materials
- Breach of these Terms
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
