- Never work with pain: although some techniques may be intense you will never have to experience pain.

We firmly believe in minimal waste so our courses will not require you to buy any plastic gadgets which will end up polluting our oceans. To successfully complete all our courses everything you'll need you probably already have it at home:

- 2 big towels

- a soft surface to do the exercises on : this can be a bed, a couch, or a think yoga mat, or thick blanket.

- 2 pillows

- A measuring tape (optional)

To get the optimal results in the shortest amount of time it's essential that you stay committed to fully completing the course you are enrolled in.

To change deep unconscious neurological patterns consistency and daily training is important to help ingrain new neurological signals in your entire nervous system.

However, we acknowledge that life is full of surprises and some days can be more challenging to manage our time – so it’s perfectly fine to do your daily practice at different times, or even miss a day or two and then catch up later.
